Qi Gong is a practice that integrates posture, breathing, acupressure, and dynamic movement to help circulate energy throughout the body. These exercises can improve range of motion, strengthen the immune system and release stress.
The classes are held every Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Interbay CrossFit NW. Located next to Whole Foods. The first class of this series will be on
